Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the pump set at the store, but since it's not sold in many places, I bought it at suzykirei! It's subtle, but it feels so refreshing!
I was a little concerned about how easy it was to run my fingers through my hair. However, it felt refreshing and clean, so maybe this is just right for the summer. It also contains menthol, so I thought it might be a good product for the summer.
I've been using scalp shampoos that don't foam, so this one foams up nicely so I can tell it's washing my scalp properly. It's refreshing, but not too strong, so I can use it in the winter. It's a shampoo that I'd like to incorporate into my routine when I want to refresh my scalp.
My scalp is sensitive and itchy easily, but this doesn't do that! However, it is a bit rougher than other products in this price range. (Maybe it's just a personal thing.)
I can't do anything that isn't silicone-free. This shampoo is great for preventing scalp odor and also effectively removes it. I'm also grateful that the treatment is silicone-free. I'll keep using it for a while.
