Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I saw this recommended on YouTube so I decided to give it a try. It does taste like a salon shampoo.
It lathers well and leaves a smooth finish. The scent is a refined floral, which I don't dislike, but it can be a bit strong during the day. I prefer a more subtle scent, but I like the finish, so I'll keep using it for a while. I bought it online from suzykirei, but it seems to only be available at certain drugstores, so I wish it was a little easier to buy.
I tried using only the treatment. My hair is thin and soft. There was no dramatic effect after washing, but my hair was well-managed and moisturized.
It doesn't feel as refreshing as the scalp wash, but I really like how it leaves a nice, clean finish! It leaves a light, fluffy finish, but it doesn't spread, so it's just right!
It's the best. It's in the top 3 shampoos I've ever used. The shampoo lathers really well, and the treatment is thicker than others, so I feel it sticks to my hair better! My hair is soft and thin, so this type suits me well. I'm happy that the scent is so easy to use that I don't think anyone would dislike it. I've bought it again.
