Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using this lotion for a year and a half now. I'm sure it's thanks to this lotion that I can comfortably live without worrying about shine all year round. The price has gone up due to a price revision, but I have no plans to switch to anything else! The smooth, watery texture, the bare minimum of moisturizing power, the refreshing herbal scent, the feeling when I apply it to my face has become second nature, and above all, the peace of mind that "this lotion will keep my skin from getting oily." It feels cool and refreshing when you apply it. You apply it by patting it with a cotton pad, and it feels like it calms down the skin's fluctuations. It leaves a refreshing impression. The scent is soothing.
