Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It feels like it adheres perfectly to the skin, without any sticky or heavy feeling. It blends into the skin immediately after application, so it's great that I can apply makeup immediately after my skincare routine. I have dry skin, but I've noticed that it doesn't lose moisture over time, and the moist feeling lasts for a long time. Above all, because my skin's condition remains stable, makeup goes on smoothly, and I had no problems at all, especially during the dry winter months. The tightness caused by dryness has disappeared, and the pores that I used to worry about are less noticeable. I usually think I'm moisturizing well with other lotions, but this is the first time I've felt moisture lasting for such a long time. I was impressed by how my skin didn't feel dry even over time, and how stable it remained.
It melted into my skin immediately after application and had no strange smell, so it was really easy to use. I want to use it again!
I've been using it for a little over a year now. My recent ID photo looks noticeably younger than it did a few years ago! I can really feel the effects!!
At first, I felt like it was a little lacking, but as I continued to use it, the dryness stopped bothering me and my skin felt finer. My skin felt great, my makeup went on better, and my summer makeup didn't smudge as easily. It was perfect for me, so I'd like to continue using it. The only downside is that I can't get it all out, even though I want to use it all up. I'd be happy if the container was improved!
It's incredibly moisturizing! Both the mask and the face wash are great, and I think it's gentle on sensitive skin. I like that it has a rather moist texture and doesn't leave a tight feeling.
