Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the other one last time, so when I wanted to buy it again, it was out of stock, so I bought this one anyway. I didn't notice any particular difference in the finish or the feeling after washing, so honestly, it doesn't really matter... I think I'll just buy whichever one is in stock next time. The hair oil is also from the same series, so I'm happy that the scents match. However, it's a pain to have to open the lid every time, and it's a shame that there aren't any larger bottles.
I liked the sample so much that I bought it. It leaves my hair feeling thicker and firmer after washing. I use it on days when I curl my hair or when I feel like it's damaged. ^ ^ This is also my favorite out-of-bath product from this series!
I used this product, which I had previously purchased for a hair styling session. I washed my hair, enveloped in the coconut-like scent, but it didn't lather up enough (maybe I wasn't washing it properly). My hair felt moisturized after the treatment, but the next morning it was a bit unmanageable. Unfortunately, it didn't suit my hair.
My hair became dry and frizzy due to the UV rays in the summer, but after using this treatment, it became very moisturized. The scent is the same as my favorite Moroccan oil, so I really like it and would like to use it again.
