How to use
卸妆后，用温水轻轻打湿脸部。将附带的海绵用大量冷水或温水浸湿至完全软化。取适量海绵于掌心，加少量水揉搓起泡，然后敷于面部。用海绵以打圈的方式轻柔清洁面部。用温水彻底冲洗干净。最后，仔细冲洗海绵并擦干。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is strong. I don't mind it being strong, but it leaves a strange sweetness that I don't like. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized after washing, which is nice. Considering the price, I guess that's to be expected. It rinses off easily despite the dense foam.

It's very soft, and works well. Don't feel uncomfortable for wearing it for long time. Will repeat.
This face wash was previously recommended by Hiro Odagiri, and although I was a little worried about the soft foam, washing it off with the included konjac puff left my skin feeling moist and bouncy. I think it's also effective in preventing dullness. It's a 10,000 yen face wash, but it foams up with just a small amount, so I think it's good value for money. After using the sample, I purchased the actual product.
