Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a wonderful scent! I apply it after a bath, carefully pressing it into my hands. It's actually supposed to be a massage, but since my skin is sensitive at this time of year and friction makes it red, I press it into my hands by lifting it up in the center. If you wait a minute, it changes to a wrapped-like texture. When you then apply lotion, you can really see the difference in how well it absorbs compared to usual! It's a little...a lot...over my budget, but I'll miss it when it's gone, so I'll think about it again next time.
