Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
The container is so cute! Carrying it around makes me feel good! It gives off a soft mist, and since it contains emulsion, it doesn't overdo it and gives a glossy finish. The scent is also uplifting, with a citrus scent, so I'm glad I bought it.
I'm happy that it's a size that fits easily in a bag! It feels good to use, but the case is heavy for its size and the cost performance isn't great, so I'm not sure if I'll buy it again.
I use it after taking a bath. This is my second purchase! I buy it because I love Tatcha.
I was impressed by how fine the particles were when I sprayed it on. Immediately after trying a sample in the store, I knew I had to buy it. It's so smooth that it doesn't feel like a lotion, but when I press it lightly with my hands, it becomes moisturized. I have high hopes for it, as it will be useful in the summer when my makeup comes off, or when my skin feels dry in the winter! There are large and small sizes, and I was unsure which one would be easier to use, so I bought both, and I'd like to try them all. (Even though it's a large size, it's not too big to carry around, and I was worried that the small size would run out quickly.)
