Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The color is perfect and it doesn't come off! It's the best!
It's easier to apply if you apply a lip base first. The color doesn't fade, but when it does fade it seems to come off from the center, so it's easy to reapply.
I've been looking for a lip product that won't come off for a long time, and after trying everything from Korean lip products to department store cosmetics to Lip Monster, I finally found this lip product!!! My lips tend to get dry and peel easily, but this lip product doesn't irritate the skin and doesn't come off easily! In fact, it doesn't come off at all!
Once applied, it dries very quickly, so you don't have to reapply it as often. I love purple colors, so this is a perfect match for me.
It really doesn't come off! I was reminded once again how amazing MAC is! I used to use the lipstick type Locked Kiss (Posh), but this Locked Kiss Ink holds the color better! It really feels locked in and fixed! I've been collecting only browns, but they're all subtly different colors, so it's hard to choose every day!
