Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The natural scent is soothing and has a slightly soft feel. I keep buying it.
I only used the shampoo. With products that don't suit me, my hair feels rough after shampooing, but with this I was able to use it without any roughness. I'd like to try using the treatment as well.
I found out about this shampoo on the At Cosme online store and it had good reviews, so I bought it and it was great. It lathers well and has a mild scent. After washing, my hair feels soft and fluffy without being too moisturized. As I've gotten older recently, I've noticed my hair aging more than before, so I've been trying out a variety of highly rated shampoos. They're not all bad, but this one feels the best to me. I wish it was easy to buy at a drugstore and that they had refills. I'll be using the At Cosme store for a while.
