Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I got a sample from a drugstore and tried it out. It's incredibly moisturizing, yet not too sticky.
I got a sample at the drug store. It's a regular watery type, but it's "very moisturizing," so it's quite moisturizing for a lotion.
I bought this product after using a sample that came in a cosmetic box on Amazon. It doesn't seem to have much going for it, but it's made by a pharmaceutical company, so it's consistent and doesn't irritate the skin. It also has a pump mechanism, making it easy to dispense. However, I found it to be more moisturizing when used in combination with a serum than when used alone.
I've been using it for over 10 years now. It's probably a skincare product that suits some people better than others, but I highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from severe dryness or worries about dryness over time, even with careful skincare. When I press it with my hands as a finishing touch, I can tell that my skin feels so soft and supple. I feel like applying Excella before makeup helps prevent dryness from coming off.
I used a sample. It has just the right amount of viscosity. It absorbs quickly into the skin. There is no irritation, and it feels like the moisture reaches deep into the stratum corneum. There is a soft feeling of being filled from the inside. After it is absorbed, it feels like the skin is being gently protected. It is not sticky on the surface, and does not leave any unpleasant residue.
