Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is nice. I'm going to start to worry about dry skin from now on, so I'd like to keep using it.
It's not sticky and has a nice scent.
It doesn't feel sticky, and it absorbs into my skin the moment I apply it, leaving it smooth and silky! I used to find hand creams difficult to use at work because they felt sticky, but with this hand cream, I can use the keyboard right after applying it, which is great! The price is reasonable, so I'll buy it again when I run out.
I bought it at suzykirei store. I'm currently using SHISEIDO and Avene hand creams, and this is my third bottle. After comparing them, I think Avene is best for everyday use, and Benefique is best for 2-3 times a week because of its nice scent and texture! I recommend it (^^)
It doesn't feel sticky after application and it smells really nice.
