Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I use it as a face wash and mask, so I'm not sure about the effect of this product alone, but it does seem to tighten my pores. It's a watery type, so it spreads easily and absorbs nicely.
It spreads better than I expected, so a small amount can be used on the whole face! It's a moisturizing lotion that also contains vitamin C, so I recommend using it in the morning!

I love that the light, moisturizing texture penetrates into the skin quickly, and even when applied in layers, it doesn't feel sticky. Since I started using it, I feel like the blackheads and dullness in my pores have improved. My skin feels smoother and my makeup goes on better, making it my favorite lotion♪
I was given a sample of five packets of this lotion to try. One packet is thick enough to cover the entire face, allowing me to see how it would feel over several days. The texture is slightly thick, spreads easily, and blends smoothly into the skin. It feels refreshing and barely sticky. Even in a short period of time, I think I was able to slightly see the increased clarity that comes with the vitamin C. The scent is a faint citrus scent, but not overpowering enough to bother me. However, it was difficult to fully judge the moisturizing power and effect on pores from just the sample. The feel made me want to continue using it for a little longer.
