Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received a sample some time ago and loved it, so I bought it. The next morning, my skin feels firm and firm. At first, the thick texture made it difficult to absorb, but after I prepared my skin with a scrub, it went in smoothly and the stickiness disappeared. It's fine to use before applying makeup. It doesn't give a glossy finish, so it's perfect for firming.

I received a sample as a bonus when I purchased the product. It has a thick consistency and feels like it's absorbed into the skin. The sample pouch is 1ml, and it spreads easily, so there's plenty left over and I was able to spread it around my neck. The bottle comes with a dropper, which makes it easy to adjust. It has a lovely floral scent, probably due to the edelweiss extract it contains, which is very soothing. I'd like to use it again.
After toning my skin with lotion, I took an appropriate amount and applied it to my hand. It spreads easily and blends well with my skin. The dropper-style design makes it easy to dispense the right amount. It has a moisturizing texture that suits me. It's easy to use and not sticky. The pleasant scent is soothing. I plan to continue using it to achieve firmer skin.
It felt light when used. If you use it as a beauty serum, it doesn't seem to be very effective. However, if you think of it as a moisturizer, it's not bad.
