Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a smooth texture and is very moisturizing! I bought it because I wanted a simple, moisturizing lotion to deal with the extreme dryness of the winter! I had been considering buying it for about a year, but I wish I had started using it sooner. I've only just started using it, so I'll post about the effects after a while!
I bought it at a nearby pharmacy because it was on sale due to a store renovation. It has a thick texture, penetrates well, and is moisturizing, so it's perfect for this time of year. Just apply it twice and you'll be very moisturized. I mainly use it in the morning, but it's not sticky, so the base sticks well, and it doesn't fall off or fall into my pores, so I think it moisturizes properly.
It is fragrance-free, colorant-free, alcohol-free, and contains CICA ingredients, making it a thick, highly moisturizing lotion that I really like.
Easy to carry and moisturizes for easy use
I received this as a gift. I didn't have high expectations because I didn't like the look of it, but it has excellent moisturizing power! I used to feel dry during the day and was worried about how to touch up my makeup, but since I switched to this lotion, I don't feel dry anymore (^^) I recommend it to people who want moisturizing power!
