What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

One bottle contains the exact amount of lotion needed for one skincare routine, and once it's absorbed, it leaves your skin feeling moisturized. It's not sticky, so it won't interfere with your makeup even if you use it in the morning, and it's a very comfortable lotion that moisturizes your skin. I've been using it for two weeks now. It's fragrance-free and has a smooth, watery texture, but it leaves my skin feeling fresh and moisturized. I didn't feel any particular irritation, and the benefits of using it become more apparent with each passing day. It's even better when used together with the CAC Gel Serum.
