Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm concerned about the tightness after application. From the official website, this serum can be used like a lotion. Upon contact with the skin, it develops a dense texture, leading to plump, smooth skin. Take an appropriate amount of lotion in the palm of your hand and gently massage it into your skin, working from bottom to top. Finally, massage it in from top to bottom to retain the lotion in the stratum corneum. It can be used not only on the face but also on the entire body. Ingredients: Water, glucose, maltitol, trehalose, mannitol, dextrin, pullulan, glycosyl trehalose, hydrolyzed hydrogenated starch, dextran, glycine, valine, alanine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid. Precautions: If you experience any discomfort during use, discontinue use immediately. Contains no preservatives or surfactants. Use up after opening. Store disposable tablets in their pillowcases to keep them fresh.
For my daily skincare routine, I use a base lotion and a creamy lotion after using a powder face wash. I didn't have any particular issues with these alone, but I also added the daily care serum. Given the price, I had high expectations, but... My face doesn't feel plumper or my eyes feel firmer after use, but it does keep my skin hydrated all day and doesn't dry out. I use it at night and sleep, and the next day, damaged skin is repaired while I sleep. It feels sticky, but the sticky feeling fades after a few minutes. I use the daily care serum for one-third of my usual skincare routine, plus one bottle of base lotion. It's working pretty well. I also like the creamy lotion for its moisturizing properties. I always use the base lotion, and switch between the creamy lotion and the daily care serum depending on my mood.
It's very comfortable to use. It's a single-use product, so there's no need to worry about oxidation. It adheres perfectly!
I usually use a base lotion, but this year's heatwave and sunshine have made my skin worse for the first time in years. I've also used masks, but it hasn't really improved, so I tried this. After about five days of use, my skin calmed down and I no longer felt dry. However, once the dryness went away, it started to feel sticky, which may be a matter of personal preference - I don't mind this level of stickiness - but this was my first time using this product, and I think it's a great product for my skin.
CAC's skincare products aren't aggressive, but I can use them safely even when my skin is sensitive, so I keep them on hand. This serum leaves my skin moisturized and supple. When I use it when my skin is sensitive, it improves my skin condition, so it's like a protective skincare routine.
