Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have thin, sensitive skin, and until now I've only used it before my period or when my skin is rough or sensitive. However, when I broke out in an eczema all over my face for the first time for an unknown reason, this product was the best I could use without any irritation compared to the many basic skincare products for sensitive skin I have at home. It's one of those products I want to keep in stock at home as a talisman. It's also hygienic because it's a disposable product.

CAC is my favorite brand, and the changes it brings to my skin are obvious with continued use. It's additive-free cosmetics, and the term "skin-nurturing" is a perfect fit. The gel serum's texture is more watery than thick. Perhaps because of this, it absorbs smoothly into my skin, forming a film like a film. It doesn't feel sticky, but rather refreshing. However, it doesn't dry out my skin at all, and when I use it in combination with CAC's lotion, my skincare routine is complete. It's amazing how I don't feel like applying cream or anything else. Just the lotion and serum are enough. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a simple skincare routine. Ultimately, I realized that the quality of the ingredients and simplicity are what matter most when it comes to CAC.
I've used a variety of cac cosmetics, but this serum was too expensive for me. I was able to get it at a good price this time, so I tried it right away and it's great. I usually use a non-oil nighttime skincare routine, and recently I've been loving Curel's spray. This one isn't as sticky as I thought it would be, and it really does improve my skin's condition. I think it's also great for tired skin. I recommend it.
It's been a month since I started using it. In my case, if I continue to use it, my skin starts to feel irritated and I can no longer use it, but like other CAC products I've used, the CAC Gel Serum has not caused any irritation and has remained comfortable to use. I'm currently pregnant, so I'm also happy that it's fragrance-free. It has a slightly thick, yet refreshing texture that spreads easily, leaving my skin moisturized. It's oil-free, making it easy to use with the rest of the brand's products. I would recommend it to those with sensitive skin!
