Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It removes a lot of old dead skin cells and makes your skin smooth. I don't use it much because I have dry skin, but I use it around my nose, elbows, and knees in the summer. I don't use it more than once a week.
When I put it on my skin, moisture comes out and drips off immediately. But I like the way it drips off and it definitely refines my skin. I would love it if there weren't any moisture issues.
The packaging is cute! The reviews were good so I bought it. After washing my face, I pumped twice and gently rubbed it all over from around my nose. huh? Nothing happened!? Then I rubbed it again. oh! It's starting to flake off! It seems to take some time for it to be absorbed. Once it starts to flake off, it just comes out! (lol) It's also nice that it has a refreshing citrus scent that's good for this time of year. After peeling, my skin feels smooth! It doesn't feel tight and it feels good. I guess it's a little better than nothing around my nose? That's it. I've finished about 1/3 of it now, so I wonder if the blackheads on my nose will disappear if I continue. I'm going to keep using it with high hopes!
It's cheap but it peels well! It hardens the dead skin cells and makes them easy to remove, and it leaves a refreshing feeling. However, it's a little refreshing, so I'm a little concerned about dryness. It seems better to keep it well moisturized!
I think it's a gentle peeling product. I prefer the one I've been using so far, so I don't think I'll be using it again.
