Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using it for about two weeks now. I feel like the dullness and puffiness around my eyes has been cleared up. The rich cream is easy to apply and moisturizes without feeling sticky. I think that continuity is important in anti-aging care, so I appreciate the affordable price more than anything. I also use it on areas where I'm concerned about fine lines, such as my nasolabial folds and forehead.
A small amount, about the size of a grain of rice, spreads well. It doesn't smudge, so it can be used safely around the eyes. It's easy to use and doesn't sting.
I couldn't find Cezanne eye cream at my local drugstore, so I bought it here. It's made with niacinamide, so I think it's gentle and doesn't irritate the skin, but it's also good value for money and spreads easily, so I'd like to consider it as my go-to eye cream.
I think it has a moisturizing effect, but until wrinkles become less noticeable, it depends on the severity of the wrinkles, but so far I haven't seen much change. The price is reasonable, so I'll continue using it for a little while longer.
