Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using this as a morning cleansing lotion for about six months. I feel like the redness on my cheeks has calmed down a bit, probably due to the Houttuynia cordata. It has a refreshing feel and doesn't interfere with the skincare I use afterwards, so it's become like water to me in a good way. It's reasonably priced and comes in a generous amount, so I'm happy I can use it generously. It has a slightly herbal scent, so I recommend it if you don't mind that.
I use it as a wipe-off lotion. It has a large capacity so I can splash it around.
This affordable toner offers the best value for money. I have dry skin, but glycerin gives me acne, so I've been looking for a glycerin-free toner. The texture is light. It's not thick, but it moisturizes my skin well when I apply it. I think it might not be enough for people with extremely dry skin, but I would recommend it for people with oily skin that also dries out, or for people like me who don't tolerate glycerin and have dry skin that's prone to acne. I also need to use a lotion and cream, as my skin gets dry over time if I use this alone. It's also reassuring that it doesn't contain any unnecessary ingredients.

This price is too cheap! It feels almost the same as the famous Houttuynia cordata lotion, and you can use it generously without any worries. I'll definitely buy it again if I use it for a while and there are no problems.
