Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been worried about hair loss, so I tried a scalp shampoo for the first time. I can't compare it to other scalp products, but I think it's perfect as a regular shampoo. My hair doesn't feel rough after washing, and it seems like there's less hair accumulating in the drain after shampooing than usual... I'll try using it a bit more before making a decision. I'm a little happy, even if it's just my imagination (lol).
My hair felt lighter, as if all the impurities had been removed. It felt smooth and silky. It doesn't lather very well, but maybe that's because I was being stingy with the amount lol. This is a shampoo I'd recommend you try at least once.
