Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a smooth texture. I have oily skin, so I'm prone to acne. However, when I apply it to areas where acne is likely to occur, it calms the inflammation, regardless of whether it's morning, noon, or night. I've never used it on red, worsening acne or swollen pimples, but it works well on small, pimples that are about to turn into pimples, or red areas that look like they might turn into pimples. A small amount spreads easily, so I haven't finished the first bottle yet. It's very useful.
I was surprised. The inflammation has subsided and the redness has gone down. I will buy it again.
I've been getting fewer pimples lately, but when I do get them, the scars are hard to get rid of, so I bought this to try it out. I found the size to be smaller than I expected. I haven't used it enough to really see the effects yet, so I'm not sure what to expect, but I hope it helps to at least get rid of the scars.
I thought I might get more acne on my forehead. My face felt rougher, and I felt like I was getting more small pimples. I didn't really notice any whitening effect, and I didn't really notice any reduction in dullness.
I recommend this to anyone who is troubled by acne scars! I think the scars don't heal easily, but if you persevere, even the most seemingly impossible ones will clear up in about six months. I also use it on my back acne, but it doesn't heal well, probably because of friction. It clears up my face! I get recurring acne, so I've bought about five bottles now.
