Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It's not sticky and blends in well, so I use it at work. The scent isn't too strong, so it's easy to use at your desk. I also like the size, which isn't too big, so I keep buying it.
I wanted a hand cream, so I checked the texture at the store and bought it. There were a variety of scents, but this one was my favorite! It's a gel, so it's not sticky, which is great. I'll definitely buy it again!
I like that it's not sticky. There are many other types, but I like the scent of this one in the green package the best (^^)
I have very rough hands, so hand creams that don't suit me tend to make my hands itchy, but this one didn't cause any itching at all. It's not moisturizing, but rather smooth, so I'm happy with it. The scent is also refreshing, which is nice.
It has a light texture, but it doesn't dry out your hands and leaves them moisturized, which is great! The scent is also enjoyable, a lily of the valley scent that you'll want to keep smelling!
