Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

[☆Good Points] I've struggled with acne for years, and after searching around, I found this and bought the 150g bottle. It's a full-body product, but I only use it on my face. I wear masks, have an irregular lifestyle, eat a lot of oily foods, and am under a lot of stress, so I was constantly getting acne. But since I switched to this as the last step in my skincare routine, I feel like things are getting better! I always get pimples around my chin, so this cream is like a talisman for me. Applying Kobayashi Pharmaceutical's "Attonon Acne Scar Care" after this cream helps them heal faster. I'm happy. *I tend to get a few pimples on my face (including large, painful ones). I also like the cute packaging. At first, I thought it might be a little stiff to spread, but by gently applying it, allowing it to blend with my skin's temperature, it actually goes on surprisingly smoothly. It doesn't have the plumping, juicy feeling of typical moisturizing skincare products, but I personally find it provides gentle, gentle hydration. Surprisingly, this one feels light and not heavy at all. It doesn't feel sticky at all. It's comfortable. [☆Concerns] The 150g version has a large case and is a thick cream, so it may be difficult to get the amount you need with your fingers. I use a spatula. If you're applying it, it might not be suitable for busy weekday mornings. It's best to apply it carefully when you have time. I use it at night and in the morning on weekends when I'm not going out and I'm not wearing makeup. I feel like it might not be moisturizing enough in the winter when the heater is on, so I plan to apply a lot of lotion or serum containing ceramides and then seal it in with this. As others have said, it may have a refreshing, herbal, or medicinal scent. But I like it. [Summary] This has just the right feel and a mild effect. Overall, I'm glad I bought it!
It instantly cured my rough hands better than any other hand cream. My hands had been rough and flaky since winter, but I was having trouble getting rid of them. I applied this and they were cured in a day. I've used it before, but I've reaffirmed that it's a winter essential. It can also be used on the face, so it's truly versatile. When I applied it to my face after a face mask, my skin felt great the next morning. It also has a lovely minty scent.
It helps reduce irritation and redness, but it doesn't have an immediate effect, so if you're using it on your face, it's best to use it at night. If you want a cooling effect on your face, a waterier version is better.
I had never heard of this product before, so I was really glad to come across it at a nearby drugstore.
