Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a moist feel that suits my dry skin. It is fragrance-free and colorant-free, making it perfect for everyday use. It contains ceramides, but is inexpensive, has a large amount, and is cost-effective, so I would like to buy it again.
It's easy to use and doesn't have any particular characteristics, which is a good thing. It doesn't dry out the skin.
I was looking for a facial cleanser containing ceramide at a drugstore and found this one cheap, so I gave it a try. When using a facial cleansing net, even a small amount can create a fluffy foam, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or sticky after washing, so I'm satisfied with the feel. However, I can't expect any effects that will improve my skin problems, so it's just a safe, non-irritating facial cleanser. Cost performance is good.
