Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

If it was fragrance-free, I'd give it a 7!! I bought it after being recommended it at a drugstore and have since repurchased it many times. It's great value for money! It's economical! It penetrates the skin very well, leaving it moisturized for a long time. It's not sticky, and makeup adheres well. I've been using the entire line, starting with the lotion. However, the biggest drawback to this line is the scent. I've commented on the lotion and emulsion, and while I use them for their excellent efficacy, I'm still looking for a good fragrance-free product that doesn't require me to go to such lengths to tolerate the scent. If you don't mind the scent, I highly recommend it! My mother has combination skin, but she loves it, so I think it's a versatile cosmetic that can be used on any skin type. Even the scent...
I've purchased this product in stores before, but it's now available on Suzykirei, so I've been using it for the first time in a while. I think it used to be only available in stores, but it's great that it's available online. It's a great product, easy to use.
I bought this because I wanted to try Towany. This cream is on a whole different level. I've tried a lot of creams around 5,000 yen, but this is the cream. The texture is smooth and rich, it adheres tightly to the skin, and the rich oil content relieves dryness. I've rarely been so impressed with a cream at this price. I think it's an excellent cream.
This cream is very moisturizing. It's neither too oily nor too light, so it feels just right. You can use it morning and night. When I used it in the morning, my skin remained soft and supple until the evening. It's expensive, so I'm considering buying it.
I used a sample. I went to the store thinking I'd buy this along with other Glow products, but when I saw the new Towany Serum in Cream, I quickly chose that instead and didn't end up buying it. The deciding factor was that I wanted to use a cream in the morning, but this cream seems to be recommended for use at night, although it's not impossible to use in the morning. It's true that it's very moisturizing, so I think it might be a bit heavy in the morning, and I can understand why it might interfere with your makeup. Even if I bought this just for the night, I probably wouldn't be able to use it all. The Serum in Cream is really good. I don't dislike it, but I haven't bought it yet.
