Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I purchased this as a nighttime lip treatment. It's a rare tip type for a moisturizing lip product. When I first applied it, it was so runny I thought, "Huh? Maybe I'm not applying it properly?" and applied it several times. However, after a few minutes, my lips became plumper and moisturized. The texture also seems to become slightly more viscous with time than when first applied. It leaves lips looking plump and lovely. It's said to be generously formulated with vitamin C and Bulgarian rose honey, so it may also help protect against UV rays during the day. It provides a different level of moisturizing sensation than EST's dense, viscous, occlusive texture. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lighter lip serum. However, I personally think EST is a better nighttime lip serum. (Note: I've also written a review of EST, so please take a look if you're interested.) On days when EST feels heavy, I use this one.
Maybe because my skin was too dry, I didn't feel much effect. Hacci is my favorite cosmetic product and it makes me feel good when I have it, so I'd like to try using it in the summer.
I was looking for a lip product that would provide deep moisturization, and was attracted by the positive reviews. Just as HACCI's image of honey suggests, one application moisturizes and soothes rough, dry lips! It has a rich texture but isn't sticky, so it can also be used as a lipstick base. The scent is slightly sweet and comforting, and I love the luxurious packaging. It makes me feel a little special every time I use it. It would also make a great gift.
I received this as a birthday gift! It was easy to apply but very moisturizing, so I used it up in no time. The one I received was baby pink, which was nice as it gave my skin a subtle flush. The tip is small and sturdy, so I could apply it roughly to even the smallest areas without making any mistakes, and it was my favorite!
