Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I found a large-volume set at Costco and bought it on a whim. I was planning to use it as a stopgap, but it's actually pretty good. It made my extremely dry, frizzy hair smooth and manageable. It's amazing. It moisturizes without being sticky. When I want it to penetrate more thoroughly, I put a shower cap on and leave it on for about five minutes. It's easy to buy at the drugstore, so I'd like to keep it on hand.
