Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used this on my fine, straight hair. I ran out of my favorite scent from The Body Shop's leave-in treatment, so I was looking for something with a similar finish. This has the same pleasant scent as the shampoo, but it's subtle and not too strong. I hate the stiffness and stickiness that styling products can make my hair, so this was comfortable for me. I use it to straighten my hair before going out. The milk formula is more popular, but the last time I used it, it was a bit too heavy and moisturizing, losing volume. If you want smooth, manageable hair without losing volume, this is the one for you. While it doesn't have as strong moisturizing or repairing properties, spraying it on dry hair does a good job of soothing it, leaving it smooth and manageable. It doesn't have the heavy, sticky feeling that styling products often have, and it's easy to use. If you're not satisfied with this product, I recommend Steven Knoll. This formula is recommended for those with fine, fine hair who want smooth, manageable hair without over-styling. It may also be better for those with beautiful, straight hair.
I'm not sure what it feels like after using it. I buy this product because I regularly get my hair straightened and colored, and I wanted to moisturize it thoroughly to prevent dryness. I spray it on after shampooing and before using the hair dryer, and then seal it in with oil. I don't know for sure, but a friend I see almost every day told me that my hair is shiny, so it might have some effect.
