Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I won a giveaway and received this product as a tester. I massaged it into my skin, and because it's a cream, it left my skin feeling moisturized after washing, so it was perfect for very dry skin. Those who want a more refreshing cleanser may have mixed opinions. I think a separate point remover is essential for eye makeup. I think this is the perfect product for those who are concerned about dry, tight skin caused by cleansing!

After washing, my skin feels moisturized and supple, and I feel like it has removed the dullness and brightened my skin by one tone. As for makeup removal, I don't know because I normally use a mascara remover, but it did remove heavy eye makeup and foundation.
