Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using it for about a year now. After washing my face in the morning and evening and applying toner, I gently massage it into my skin. It's soft and glides on nicely, which is great.
I noticed a change in the contours of my face, so I bought it to try it out. I massage it in almost every night. The first thing I noticed was that my skin became soft and supple!! My skin feels completely different. After using it for a month, someone I hadn't seen in a while told me that my face looks smaller!! I can feel the change myself. Maybe you can feel a change in the contours of your face with any cream. I think you'll see some results if you use it every day. However, this cream has also changed the elasticity of my skin, so I'd like to buy it again next time!!
It has a calming scent. I bought it because it was recommended to me. The texture is soft and blends well into the skin. I feel like my skin is happy when I gently massage it in circular motions to encourage absorption. It's good to do it at night when you have time, but I also recommend doing it in the morning on your days off. I can immediately tell that my skin is moisturized and in good condition from the morning. I definitely recommend this product.
For about two months, I've been using this cream for a light 2-3 minute massage after washing my face in the morning. It's soft and comfortable to use, making it perfect for daily skincare. I often get compliments on my firmness and facial lines at the cosmetics counter, and when I told them I massage my face in the morning, they said it was the result. However, for those with thin skin, like me, I recommend a light massage with plenty of cream.
After failing with Shido's massage cream, this was my next choice. Hmm, there's nothing particularly good or bad about it. It's so ordinary that there's nothing particularly good about it. It's moisturizing, but I thought I'd be better off with something else. I think it would be better for people with dry skin.
