Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I usually use II, but it was a little drying, so I tried III. It feels a little heavy on the skin, but it absorbs quickly and my lotion absorbs well. I was worried it might be sticky, but it wasn't, so I'll use this when I'm worried about dryness. It's alcohol-free, so I recommend it for those with sensitive skin.
My skin suddenly changed and all the lotions I had been using were no longer usable. My skin was as dry as a desert, and I was also experiencing acne, which meant my foundation was smudged and I couldn't put on makeup properly. I went to the counter and they recommended this product. I've been using this and the wipe-off lotion, and within two days my makeup went on better and my dryness was gone! I personally think I'll keep using it from now on!
It gently moisturized my dry, rough skin! The bottle is a beautiful light blue, so it makes me feel good to have it in my bathroom, and the pump is easy to use. I wish it was a little cheaper.
