Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This cooling lotion is perfect for summer. I buy it every summer. It's hot for a long time, but it's perfect and runs out. I keep buying it. The cooling effect is only momentary, but it's much better than other lotions.
When a beauty advisor tried it on me at the KANEBO section of a cosmetics specialty store, I was so soothed by the wonderful scent and the refreshing feel, that I bought it right there and then. I love patting it on after bathing and before applying lotion, and it not only soothes my skin, but also my mind. It has a subtle peppermint scent and a slight cooling sensation (though not so cold that it makes me feel cold), making it extremely useful in this hot summer. It also relaxes my mind, so I plan to continue using it in the fall and winter!
