Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I tried using it for whitening. I'm not sure about the whitening effect yet, but it doesn't dry out my skin and feels good to use. It doesn't irritate or roughen my skin. The pump makes it hygienic and easy to use.
I bought it to try it out! It's just the right amount of moisturizing for summer, and it's not too refreshing, so it's easy to use. I'm not sure if I'll buy it again.
The recommended amount of lotion per use is three pumps. It may seem like a little too much, but once you apply it to your face, it absorbs smoothly into your skin. It whitens and moisturizes, leaving your skin feeling great.
I've been using it for about six years now. It's affordable and gives me smooth skin!
