Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The powder dissolves easily in water and rinses off easily. It leaves my pores feeling clean and refreshed, so I'll definitely buy it again.
It lathers well and rinses off easily, so I use it to wash my face in the morning. I also like the individual type because I want to use it when I stay out overnight. I used to prefer the black KANEBO powder wash because I liked the scent, but this one is also pleasant to use and about 1,000 yen cheaper, so I decided to try it. Enzyme facial cleansers can feel tight, but this one is mild and I've never felt that way, so I think it's less harsh on my skin.
The foam rinsed off very quickly. I think it's interesting that you can use it together with your facial cleanser.
It thoroughly cleanses your face and leaves it smooth. If you don't moisturize properly, you'll feel dry.
I had been using Kin no Suisai for a while, but one day a beauty advisor approached me and asked me to try this one. It leaves my skin so smooth I wonder what I'd been using with my previous enzyme cleansers. The beauty advisor said that it's not available in stores and can only be handed over by hand, but then I found out I could purchase it at Suzykirei, so I bought it again. It's an enzyme cleanser I'll continue to use.
