Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I have sensitive skin and heavy moisturizers tend to make my skin rough, but this moisturizer is heavy enough that I could use just one bottle, but it's not oily and penetrates well, so it didn't roughen my skin. It's also good value for money, so I'd like to use it in the dry season.
No matter what I put on my skin I always feel it gets dry from the inside, but this series suits my skin well and is the most moisturizing, I love it!
It has a thick texture and was absorbed fairly well.
I'm using No. 03, and it's the perfect palette for me, who has a cool summer/cool winter color scheme! The brown, pink, and silver glitter are perfect for cool undertones. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone with the same personal color scheme.
I use it with my child. It has improved my child's dry skin. I also use it with Lemild emulsion. It's moisturizing and a little sticky. It doesn't seem to penetrate immediately, but it doesn't irritate the skin, so it's good.
