Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The packaging looks cute
This case holds four Eye Color Fresh shades and two tips. I was attracted by the beautiful, sculptural design and wanted to fill it with my favorite Eye Color Fresh, so I bought it. It's no exaggeration to say I bought Eye Color Fresh just to use this case (lol). The bouquet design and pink gold are so pretty. So I chose Eye Color Fresh with the feeling of making my own bouquet. Another appealing feature is that it's magnetic, so even if you run out of Eye Color Fresh, you can easily and neatly replace it. No matter how old you get, you want to have cute and beautiful things, so in my opinion, this case deserves a Good Design Award.
I fell in love with the packaging at first sight and bought it. The rest of the bottle is white, but it has pearls in it that make it sparkle and look beautiful. I also like that it's magnetic, so you can customize it yourself.
It's a lovely design that makes you feel feminine. The magnetic color palette is also a great feature.
Actually, I have about four limited edition colors of La La Bouquet eyeshadows, and I rarely use them individually. So I bought the case and eyeshadow tips. They're magnetic, which is great. The eyeshadows I bought are all really dark colors, but I think they'll suit my age, so I'll keep using them. They have a matte feel, and for some reason, I like matte colors these days. The mirror is large and easy to see, which is great.
