Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The scent is not too strong and it feels nice and refreshing after application.
I was attracted by the cute packaging and purchased it as a set with a white tube that has a tone-up effect. While many hand creams boast natural designs, often featuring botanical patterns (I love those designs), I like the bold, unusual packaging. As other reviewers have said, I'm pleased that it doesn't feel sticky even immediately after application. I tend to buy multiple hand creams, but this is the least sticky of any I've used so far. The scent is nice and not too strong, so it doesn't linger like perfume, which is nice. It also has excellent moisturizing power, leaving my hands feeling soft and smooth. It's currently 50% off at Suzykirei, making it an affordable price, so if you're undecided or have been interested, I recommend giving it a try.
I wash my hands a lot, so they're dry and rough, but using this moisturizes them. I'll be applying it frequently to keep them healthy. It also has a soft, pleasant scent.
I was intrigued by the cute packaging and decided to buy it. It has a light texture and a subtle fragrance, making it perfect for daytime use.
