What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this for my middle school student's acne. I tried it out and it left my skin feeling moisturized without any tightness! I think it's suitable for people with acne-prone skin who are also concerned about dryness. It feels a little lacking in refreshing feeling for acne-prone skin, but perhaps the less irritating effect is a good thing. I've just started using it, so I don't know yet if it's good for acne, but I'll add a review once it improves.
Of all the foaming face washes I've used recently, this one is one of my favorites. It's been a while since I've felt like a face wash is actually working on my acne. What's impressive is that it thoroughly removes sebum and clogged pores, yet doesn't dry out my skin after washing. It's refreshing, but not tight. The balance is just right, and I really liked the feel of it. If you're suffering from adult acne, this is a face wash you should try.
A small amount creates a good lather. It is non-irritating and can be used safely even on sensitive skin.
