Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It doesn't seem like a great value for money, but the feel and effectiveness make it hard to give up. It's a bottle I'd like to keep on hand as a rescue item for when I'm concerned about acne.

It has a gel-like texture, but is thicker than a lotion. It's for spot application, so I apply multiple layers to problem areas!
When I get a pimple, I apply a thick layer of this at night and it clears up the next day. This is my fifth repurchase.
I'm concerned about acne around my mouth and forehead. I had a skin diagnosis at a Fancl pop-up store and they recommended the Acne Care series, so I decided to buy just this for now. I didn't feel any stinging when I applied it on red acne. The store clerk told me that it's okay to apply another serum after this, so I decided to try it only on days when I was concerned about acne. The day after I applied it, the redness of my acne had decreased and the itching had gone away, which was amazing! I also appreciate that the expiration date is written on the product.
