Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I use it on my under-eye bags (under my pupils). I used to use glitter, but recently I've been using this exclusively on my under-eye bags. It brightens just the area under my pupils.
The color is Chic Tat Pro. It's dark brown. It's easy to apply. You can use a brush to apply it to the outer corners of your eyes right after you apply it. If you apply it in the morning, it won't come off until the evening. I wish I had bought it sooner.

This is really easy to apply. I used to prefer soft, stress-free liquids, but this is a must-have for filling in your lash line when perming your lashes! It's also easy to apply to the outer corners of your eyes. Even without a special sharpener, you can draw a sharp line by rolling it with a tissue. The color variations are so rich and amazing! It's waterproof and smudge-proof, so it doesn't smudge. This is an item you should definitely try!
