Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a lovely sweet fruity scent and leaves your skin feeling moisturized after washing, but I like that it's not sticky.
A refreshing, fresh, and sweet fruity floral scent blended with muscat, apple, and rose. A mild formula free of sulfates and olefins, such as laureth sulfate, a rare find for a commercially available liquid body wash. Contains squalane and licorice root extract. A refreshing cleanse with a gentle, moisturizing feel.
The foam is fluffy and has a nice scent. I sweat a lot every day, so I wish the foam was a little more viscous. I felt the foam easily flattened, especially in the summer. It was also difficult to get the liquid out towards the end. However, my family really liked the stylish packaging with the yellow nozzle and transparent body, and they started taking baths more often. Until now, they had only reluctantly taken baths the minimum number of times necessary to maintain a normal social life. I ask the manufacturer to please continue production as long as possible.
I love the scent. It has a clean, soapy scent. It lathers well and rinses off easily without leaving my skin feeling tight. It's additive-free, so it's gentle on the skin.
My family has sensitive skin, so I was looking for a product that could be shared and was reasonably priced, and I found this product. First, I used it on my hands, but it was slippery without lathering, and rinsing it off was a bit difficult. Next time, I pumped it once onto a foaming sponge, lathered it up thoroughly, and then used it on my body. This way, the foam is gentle on the body and it rinses off cleanly. It's gentle on the skin, and the scent is subtle, which I like and disappears after rinsing. I plan to buy the refill next time. This product is kind to both the environment and your wallet.
