Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

In this day and age, there are many shampoos that cost over 1,000 yen, but this one is cheap at 188 yen at a drugstore. My family gets itchy scalps when I use shampoos that don't suit them, so I thought I might as well buy something cheaper! So I bought it. The foaming, lathering, and scent are all good, but it's not particularly outstanding, so it's just an average shampoo. However, since my family started using this, they haven't complained about itchy scalps, so I think it's a good fit. I have fine, short hair, but it's silky smooth after using a hair dryer, so it's easy to use.
It smells good
It's cheap at drugstores, so I buy it occasionally. I used it for the first time in a while and was surprised to find that my hair was smoother than before. I didn't know that it had been renewed. I think the new product suits my hair. If I only use shampoo, my hair feels a little rough, but if I use conditioner, it's fine. I think it's amazing how much it has evolved despite being so cheap.
It's reasonably priced and has a familiar feel to it. I'm grateful.
It's cheap, so that's good. The feel is pretty normal. My hair is strong, so I don't have any problems with it. I use treatment and hair oil to take care of it, so this shampoo is fine. I'll buy it again.
