How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a cool, soothing feeling on the skin, and even though I have combination skin, it's not sticky or heavy. I'm thinking about buying it again.

The Skin Balance Cream offered a choice of refreshing or moisturizing, so I'm a little disappointed, but I like Avène creams, so I'll probably buy it again. If only it were a little cheaper...

I had some itching on my cheeks and forehead, possibly due to the change of seasons or pollen, but the itching and redness weren't bad enough to warrant a trip to the doctor, so this cream helped.◎ It's moisturizing but not sticky, so I think I can use it regardless of the season. I'll keep using it for a while and see how it goes.
