Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I don't wear heavy makeup, so gel is enough to remove it (о´∀`о)
The cleansing power is just right, not too strong, so it's great for washing your face in the morning. It's not super easy to rinse off, but I feel like it rinses off thoroughly after 2-3 rinsings. It has a citrus scent, but it's not too strong.

It leaves your skin feeling refreshed without any tightness, and it leaves your skin feeling clearer after washing, and the way the lotion you apply next soaks in is completely different! I absolutely love it, but it's expensive, so I only buy it occasionally haha
