Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm a repeat customer! I use Soin Noir and this lotion, and I haven't had any skin problems. Whenever I want to moisturize my skin, this is the lotion for me.
It's smooth but a little thick. I like how it feels like it sticks to my skin. The melon-like scent is also soothing. It's been a while since I've used a high-quality lotion, and I'm excited!
This lotion is primarily a moisturizing lotion, so it has a thick texture. It smells nice, but it also reminds me of the shiso juice I used to drink at my grandmother's house. Ethanol is the third ingredient, so it might be a bit irritating for people with sensitive skin. So, while it smells nice, it also feels like they're trying to mask the ethanol smell. It does have a slight ethanol smell. It's also a pump-type product, but it's a bit hard. It doesn't seem to contain any special ingredients, so I don't feel like I need this.
I thought it was a little pricey, but when I tried a sample I was impressed with how pleasant it felt, so I decided to buy it. The refreshing scent is soothing.
I received a sample from Suzykirei. First of all, the marine-like scent was so good that it instantly soothed me. It's a scent that makes me look forward to skincare time, and I like it, but it contains ethanol, so I wouldn't recommend it to people who are sensitive to that. The sample was so good that I bought the full product and am using it. It's a thick type of lotion that also has moisturizing properties. Two pumps spread it evenly over my entire face. It doesn't contain any ingredients that appeal to me, so I won't be repurchasing it, but I'll try to use it up to the end♪
