What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I don't use it every day, but washing my face with this really does make it look beautiful!! It makes my face whiter and my makeup goes on so much better. I could tell it changed from a cream to a foam, but I couldn't quite figure out which part was the gel. But because it starts out as a cream, it's easy to use, and since you don't need a foaming net, it saves time on washing your face in the morning. The refreshing scent is also pleasant.

Givenchy is one of my favorite brands for both skincare and makeup. This face wash doesn't lather much, but it's very moisturizing. It's great for sensitive skin during the fall and winter, or hay fever season. I plan to use it again in the fall.
