It really does make my hair fluffy from the roots up! I have really fine hair, and it's thin and not much volume. I'm in my 30s, so I felt a sense of crisis and bought this first. I was a bit confused for a while after using it, but after using it for a week or two, I gradually started to see the difference, and even when I dried my hair normally, it fluffed up from the roots. The other day, I did a half-updo and my hair felt fluffy even when tied up, and that lasted. It's not a dramatic change, but rather a subtle but definite change. The effects of shampoos tend to fade as you get used to them, so I'm a little worried about how this will turn out, but so far it's still working, so I'll keep using it. Maybe I should reset my hair by switching to a different shampoo every now and then to prevent it from getting used to it? Other Information Notes: Scent: Very good. Irritation: None. I have sensitive skin, but so far it hasn't caused any irritation or itchiness. Shine: I don't think it's particularly different from other shampoos.
