Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Fernanda is a brand I check out when I want something with a nice scent. It's not too strong, but it's a nice scent. It feels a little heavy on the skin, but it blends in well, so I think it's fine as long as you don't apply too much.
It smells nice and I feel like it moisturizes well.
Aqua, passion fruit, chamomile, and lily of the valley. Finished with musk and cedarwood. When I saw the composition of this scent, I didn't like it at all, but when I actually smelled it, I really liked it. The pleasant scent and moisturizing feeling lingered for a while after application. The scent is quite strong, so it might not be suitable for some places, like the workplace... I thought it would be a product that focused on the scent, but it also moisturized me more than I expected, and it became my favorite. There are so many other scents to choose from, I want to collect them all.
All of Fernanda's hand creams have a lovely scent. Kelly Da Teresa has an elegant fragrance that is very soothing. The pink gold lid makes me feel luxurious every time I use it. It's highly moisturizing, but not sticky and has a matte finish. It's not cheap, but I bought it as a treat for myself and I'm very happy with it.
